Stand up against self-harm and bullying. This shirt represents overcoming your own self-hatred and learning how to be kind to yourself. This daily reminder's purpose is to remind you that not only should you be kind to others, but don't forget about being kind to yourself as well. You are important too. The small phrase written in white print says:
